Semolina is a product made from durum wheat, it is called rava flour or semolina, it is not completely flour, it is a bit thick and grainy, so it is also called rava flour in Indian homes.

You will need the following ingredients to make Soggy Biscuits ( Semolina biscuits ) –

Ingredients to be used in-

1 cup semolina (sooji/rava)

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

A pinch of salt

Sliced almonds or pistachios for garnish (optional)
Here’s the step-by-step procedure to make Soggy biscuits:-

Step 1 -Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix them well.
